  5. What it is: "Welcome Speech 3.5" is a simple system extension which speaks "Welcome to Macintosh" early in the start-up process when you boot up your Mac. This is especially good when you have onlookers (particularly PC users who always say "Gee, why doesn't my PC say anything like that?").

  7. Simply drag the Welcome Speech extension to your system folder to install.

Welcome Speech 3.5 is so simple it should run on *ANY MAC* with System 7 or later and not cause any conflicts or problems! The extension has had a rather lengthy test period (partly due to lack of time on my part) on many different Mac models around the world and not one single bug report has occurred.
